Jonathan Hanks is Chief Operating Officer of Dauntless Discovery and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He co-founded Dauntless Discovery in 2016, bringing more than 11 years of experience to his role with the company. As chief operating officer, he directs global legal operations for Dauntless, including its staffing, end-to-end discovery services, marketing and sales.
For over 10 years, Jonathan served as both a Senior Attorney and Associate at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia. In these positions, he focused on developing discovery management strategies and advising clients on the implementation of defensible, cost-effective approaches on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. Jonathan also served as national discovery counsel for a global technology company, where he implemented comprehensive and consistent discovery plans to enhance efficiency, minimize risk and streamline the discovery process.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire and a bachelor’s degree in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
